Proposal: The proposed development is comprised of two 37 and 42 storey residential towers on top of a 5-7 storey podium containing a total of 933 units and approximately 1,049 m2 (11,291 ft2) of ground floor retail space. The proposal also includes the future extension of Edward Jeffery Avenue and Anderson Avenue.  Parking will be provided in a three level underground parking garage with a total of 264 parking spaces.

Status: Statutory Public Meeting needs to be scheduled for the revised proposal which increases the height and density from the previous proposal.
