The Rural areas of Ward 5 are primarily situated in north of Major MacKenzie Avenue and east of Donald Cousens Parkway of Markham Road/Hwy 48 Road north of 16th Avenue, and and includes the Mount Joy GO Station and the Mount Joy Community Centre and Arena.
