On March 13, Mayor Scarpitti launched MARKHAM CARES citing that as we navigate through these challenging times, we must remember that we are all in this together. Many are preparing by purchasing groceries and supplies but we should not forget others who may not be as fortunate. Please support your local charities and food banks. You can drop off donations at all City of Markham Fire Stations and several grocery chains throughout Markham. Longo’s, No Frills, FreshCo and Whole Foods will have Markham Food Bank boxes at their entrances.
