  • Stay home
  • Wash your hands and do not touch your face
  • Drink plenty of fluids
  • Get as much rest and sleep as possible
  • Distance yourself from others
  • Try a hot shower or humidifier to sore throats and coughs
  • Lay on your side not your back if possible or sit up to avoid deep congestion in lungs
