City of Markham issues Weather Warning Feb 12/Feb 13

Based on information from Environment Canada, the City of Markham has issued a warning for a mix of snow, freezing rain, ice pellets and strong winds commencing the morning of Tuesday, February 12, which is expected to remain in effect until Wednesday, February 13 in the evening. The City of Markham encourages residents to avoid unnecessary travel. The provincial government has made a host of changes to everything from energy, to wages for workers and political fundraising. Stiffer fines and long-term consequences are coming for distracted drivers in Ontario in 2019.
